I got a new phone. How do I get my voice back?

Open Spēk, tap I've used Spēk before, and enter the email on your account. We send you a sign-in link. You can also type your Spēk code, shown under Profile on your old phone.

The other person can't hear the translation

Turn the phone's volume up and check the silent switch. In a conversation, tap the speaker with a plus sign for a louder voice. If you use earbuds, the translation plays there.

The microphone isn't working

Spēk asks for the microphone the first time you talk. If you said no, open your phone's settings, find Spēk or your browser, and allow the microphone.

My cloned voice doesn't sound like me

Record again in a quiet room with the phone about a hand's width from your mouth, at your normal speaking pace: Voices → Re-record.

How do I delete my voice or my account?

• Voice only: Voices → Forget voice.
• Everything: Profile → Delete my account. Your voice, profile, friends list and sign-in code are permanently removed.

How do I stop appearing on the map?

Profile → untick Discoverable and save.
